Voter Registration
Access the National Mail Voter Registration Form from EAC’s online resources. This comprehensive form is used to register U.S. citizens to vote, update registration information (e.g., change of name or address), or affiliate with a political party. The form includes voter registration rules and regulations specific to each state and territory. To complete the process, follow the state-specific instructions starting on page three of the form. After completing the form, sign your name as directed and mail the document to your state or local office.
